NEC Autumn Fair 08 Diary – Days 3, 4 and the recovery!

The last two days were not unlike the first two. Continued good feedback!

Unfortunately the number of visitors to the show is way down on last year. A sign of the times! We had no more sales but we picked more Gallery and Designer contact details.

The Fair finished at 4.00pm on the Wednesday and we had to be packed up and out of the building by 10.00pm. We were out and on the road back to ye ole Worthing by 9.00pm. The van was finally parked and we were in our beds by about 1.30am on the Thursday. A long day!

In all we picked up about 12 Gallery and 8 Designer contacts that we are now following up on. We have also been selected as one of the top 20 exhibitors at the show and Art Business Today has asked if they can do an article about us. All great exposure!

A huge ‘thank you’ to Bren Albiston and Brian Vincent for all your help before, during and after the show. Without your help we would not have been able to do it!

Thank you also to Danny at Warm Red for your help to get the flyers, catalogues and the big sign and Tapa banners made for the stand.

We have now had a few good nights sleep and are ready for the next event – bring it on!
