The South Pacific Art Company (SPA) and Wilsons Antiques joint exhibition preview on Friday the 19th was well attended and enjoyed by all!

"People loved the colour and varieties of art work on show", said Angela Albiston, SPA Director. "Many of them had never seen anything quite like it and it wasn't only the Maori influenced pieces that intrigued them. They were also very impressed by the obvious talent of the artists. "

Hair Stylist, Jeni Kennedy from Body Tone in Worthing said, “The interviews with the artists playing on the TV during the evening added a great personal touch. It gave us a really good insight into the ideas and processes the artists go through to create their art work.”

Angela said, "There were also many compliments on how well the art worked with the antiques to create an eclectic and refreshing style."

"We would love to have more visitors to the exhibition. The art work looks so much better in real life than online. We really enjoy showing people the pieces and sharing the interesting backgrounds that lay behind many of them", says Angela.

The exhibition continues until the 4th of October at Wilsons Antiques in Worthing, UK. The opening times are from 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday and from 11.00am to 3.00pm on Sunday. If you would like to find out more about the exhibition please call +44 (0)1903 696 437.
